Terms for website use and engagement discussions

These terms set the baseline for using the Mal7 website and starting enterprise conversations. Signed engagement documents govern actual advisory, engineering or delivery work.

01

Website information

The content on this website is provided for general information about Mal7, our services and our point of view. It does not create a client relationship and should not be treated as legal, regulatory, procurement, technical or implementation advice.

02

Engagements and scope

Any advisory, engineering, implementation or training work is governed only by a written proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, order form or other signed agreement between Mal7 and the client. If there is any conflict, the signed agreement takes priority over this website.

03

Confidential information

Please do not send confidential, commercially sensitive, regulated or personal data through public website forms unless we have agreed the right channel and protections. Confidential exchanges should be handled through approved channels and appropriate confidentiality terms.

04

Client responsibilities

Clients remain responsible for their own business decisions, regulatory obligations, data access permissions, internal approvals, risk acceptance and use of outputs. Mal7 can support decision-making and delivery, but it does not replace internal governance, legal, compliance or security review.

05

AI and third-party tools

AI systems, software platforms, cloud services and third-party tools may have their own terms, limitations and risk profiles. Where relevant, these should be reviewed and approved as part of the client’s procurement, security and governance processes.

06

Intellectual property

All website content, branding, visuals, text and materials are owned by Mal7 or used with permission. You may view and share website pages for normal business reference, but you may not copy, modify, resell or reuse our materials as your own without written consent.

07

No warranty

We aim to keep the website accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every statement is complete, error-free or suitable for a specific organisation’s circumstances. Website access may also be interrupted or changed without notice.

08
