- What is the proof of value for?
- To show the use case delivering value on your data before you commit to a production build. It is not a smaller version of the final system, and it is not meant to go live.
- Which systems do you integrate with?
- Your applications, data sources and infrastructure. For example ERP such as SAP, CRM, document management, email and ticketing, through their standard interfaces.
- How do you handle our data and security?
- Under your rules. We work within your security policies and the data protection law that applies to you, such as GDPR in Europe and national data protection laws in the GCC. Data access is aligned with you before any work starts.
- Who owns what gets built?
- You do. We hand over the code, the architecture and the documentation, and make sure your team can run it.
- Can you run it for us?
- Yes. After handover, we can operate and maintain the system on a monthly retainer, in your own environment, with support levels agreed up front. Or we hand it over fully to your team.
